One Account Per Player

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your individual capacity.
- You are registering and playing for personal recreation only, not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously had a k8bd account closed due to a violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a k8bd employee or service provider.
Registration Process
To create a k8bd account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
Identity Verification (KYC)
k8bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, k8bd may request one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address dated within the past three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or permanent account closure.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered k8bd account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — for any reason, including claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. k8bd will close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without notice or compensation.

Credential Security
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k8bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. k8bd will never contact you via any channel to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided to k8bd during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a fictitious name, or a payment method you do not own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred within a period of 12 consecutive months. k8bd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our current fee schedule, which is available on request via [email protected]. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.
Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your k8bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, k8bd will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money balances within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Account Closure by k8bd
k8bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that chargebacks have been initiated, or that the account represents a risk of harm to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, k8bd may freeze account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Accepted Payment Methods
k8bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Terms
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your k8bd account within 1–5 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. k8bd does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- k8bd reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting any deposit or processing any withdrawal.
- Deposits that cannot be credited due to technical errors must be reported to support within 72 hours, with transaction reference numbers provided.
- k8bd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank maintenance windows.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. Average processing time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals is 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. k8bd reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, k8bd may freeze a withdrawal pending investigation. Any withdrawal request made within 24 hours of a first deposit may be subject to additional review.
Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). k8bd does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be declined by the payment processor.

General Bonus Conditions
k8bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and tournament prizes to eligible registered players. All bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from real-money balances. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the promotion period.
- Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- k8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering will be permitted to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original terms.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting requirements ("low-risk wagering") — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.
Bonus Claiming
To claim a bonus, players must follow the specific opt-in procedure stated for that promotion, which may include entering a promotional code, ticking an opt-in box at the point of deposit, or contacting customer support. Bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively to deposits already made without opting in.
Seasonal & BPL Promotions
k8bd may run seasonal promotions aligned with key Bangladesh calendar events including BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available to eligible players during the stated promotion window only. k8bd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player before awarding a seasonal promotional benefit.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k8bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances and bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.
- Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Creating more than one account or using the account of another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the k8bd platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
- Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. k8bd has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider after placing bets with the deposited funds.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the k8bd platform, including game logic, odds data, or user interface code.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at k8bd staff or other players.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
k8bd's response to prohibited conduct will be proportionate to the severity of the breach. Minor first-time infractions may result in a warning. Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances where fraud is confirmed), and referral to law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law.
Intellectual Property

All content available on the k8bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text content, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of k8bd or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence to Users
k8bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: sublicence, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform; reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content for distribution; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on any part of the k8bd website.
Third-Party Game Content
Games offered on k8bd are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those game titles remain with their respective owners. k8bd operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

k8bd endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. k8bd will not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, provided that bets already accepted and confirmed prior to downtime will be honoured under the applicable game or sport rules.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The k8bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. k8bd does not warrant that the platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.
Limitation on Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, k8bd's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. k8bd shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Force Majeure
k8bd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, government actions, changes in law or regulation, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment processors. In any such event, k8bd will take all reasonable steps to resume normal operations as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players via the platform or registered email addresses.
Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
